Laura is a partner at Burnham, Capon & Wimer, LLC. Her practice area focuses on estate tax planning, trust administration, and probate matters. She represents her clients by preparing estate planning documents such as Wills and Revocable Trusts and providing comprehensive asset retitling and beneficiary designation recommendations. She represents fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts by filing estate tax returns at both the state and federal level, while also guiding them concerning income tax compliance and other beneficiary accounting procedures.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2014, Laura was an associate at a New Haven County law firm practicing in the areas of construction and business litigation.

Laura lives in Glastonbury with her husband, Brad, and daughter, Millie. Their dog Belle is a frequent visitor to the office.
